The Chain of Command is Next. But before we get to that, Any Questions?

The Chain of Command is what you follow when you have a question or a problem. First you ask people of your own rank or near it. Don’t immediately ask Owners. If your own rank doesn’t know. Ask people of the next 10 ranks. If they don’t know, Anyone 10 ranks above them. Until Finally you have to ask Cabinet Members. But do not go directly to the Cabinet.

Then go onto explaining each set of ranks. Tell them the jobs and uniforms of these ranks also. (Enlisted,NCO,WO,Officer,General,Cabinet)

Next is Stand Fast. Do not come to Stand Fast unless an Officer enters the room or the Command is given by an Officer+. That Includes Now. Stand Fast when you Stand up One space in front of (or in some cases behind) the chair your seated in) and wave once. Do not Move or Speak at Attention.

Your Job as an enlisted Rank is to Sit in the Front and Recruit. You recruit by telling people who want jobs to read the Green sticky above the door. Then assist them in fixing anything wrong. You May also be asked to Guard the Gate or “GG”. Stand in the Gate and only let people in with the Correct Motto and the Correct Uniform.

Moving on to Terms.
FTF – Fill the Front. If this is called it means there’s an empty seat in the front and you should fill it.
FTB – This should only be called during a raid or if someone is standing because there are no open seats in the front row.
BTB – Back to Base
OTF – On the Forums. Go to the back when you’re OTF
AFK – Away From Keyboard. Go to the back when you’re AFK
BRB – Be Right Back. Go to the back when you’re BRB.

F&C – Front And Center. When this is called go to the Officer that called it and face them straight on or “Front and Center” When you are F&C shout “SIR” or “MA’AM” The Officer will then promote you or whatever they are doing for F&C. Then they will say “DISMISSED!” Wave Once then WAIT for the Officer to wave back. Then Sit Down. DO NOT Change your Mission in F&C. Go to the Back, and change your mission after you’ve been Dismissed.
